fillets are all natural and contain no preservative or artificial
colors. All of our fresh King salmon is hand filleted, vacuum
sealed and flash frozen the same day it is caught. King salmon
is known world wide for it's full robust flavor and color. The
king salmon we purchase average 25-80 pounds. Comes
packaged 8 to 12 oz. portions.
